"It's a cleverly curated and beautifully executed effort, and hopefully the first of many... This is a fanzine definitely worth keeping your eye out for."

"Our fave new zine! Cute illustrations, sweet design & clear writing... It's a pale blue treasure trove of artwork, fashion features, crafts, and travel guides."

"We thought it was worth importing, and you'll find it worth reading."

"Shebang is the kind of fanzine you wish you had made... More a lifestyle handbook than a regular old 'zine, Shebang is essential reading for anyone interested in reading about more than just someone else's taste in music. It's not cheap but you do get a badge and cute contact card with your order and hell, it knocks the socks off most glossy mags that cost the best part of a fiver nowadays!"

"This Sunday we're off to The Rag Factory , for 2009's London Zine Symposium to celebrate DIY and radical culture in all its handmade glory... As if all this isn't enough, there will be stalls selling all sorts of goodies alongside all shapes and sizes of zines such as Fever Zine, Brighton-based, blue-covered favourite Shebang Zine and Meow Magazine- a student run treasure trove of illustrations."

"This Sunday saw a hoard of eager revelers take a break from sun gauging to descend upon the alternative epicenter of the East End for the annual fun and frolics of the London Zine Symposium... I did unearth a few gems on my escapades round, a particular favourite had to be Brighton based fanzine "Shebang". It's beautifully curated, featuring not only aesthetically pleasing cutesy illustrations, but it's a brimming with interviews, reviews and even travel guides."

"There couldn't be a better time for music zines, and Shebang (I like the title!) is a chunky read. It reminds me of 'Careless Talk Costs Lives' with its high quality mix of photos, illustrations, cartoons and a touch of cuteness... It's all done with a seering passion and great intelligence, outdoing a good many mainstream publications"

"This super cute fanzine has come along at just the right time- with so few music magazines being written by women & girls, current music journalism is saturated with dull boy bands & interviews always asking the same old questions... Passionate writing teamed with a beautiful layout & plenty of illustrations, Shebang is a perfect read whilst listening to crackly old records and drinking tea."

"I'm not usually one for zines that are produced on a computer... However, Shebang is a perfect example of the beauty that can be produced. I fell in love with the cover (styled like a school notebook for children and printed on baby blue cardstock) ages ago and finally ordered a copy from Marching Stars last week. It was a little pricey, but worth it in my eyes. It's a fanzine that celebrates music, art, fashion and travel... Another zine that reignites the wanderlust in my heart."
